2023 SCION Faculty & Organizers

Target Audience

The target audience for this program includes clinical, basic and translational researchers from academic, government, or industry settings (including emerging biotechnology companies) with interests in cellular therapy, T cell engagers, and immuno-oncology drug development.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe types and mechanisms of action of next-generation cellular therapies and T cell engagers currently being explored for the treatment of cancer and how these agents can be combined with other cancer therapies to enhance their clinical activity.
  2. Outline methods to identify therapeutic targets and design/develop novel cellular therapies and/or T cell engagers, with an emphasis on improving therapeutic efficacy.
  3. Analyze current clinical and translational studies of novel cellular therapies and T cell engagers and combination therapies involving these agents for solid and liquid tumors.
